Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau
C. Sant Antoni Maria Claret, 167
08025 Barcelona

Adrià Machado, trained at LCI Barcelona, created his first capsule collection in December 2014. Months later a line of 3D printed jewelry using recycled materials was added. Gradually the need for a more extensive collection became clear and amt. was born. In June 2016 he paraded his second ready-to-wear collection for LCI Barcelona at 080 Barcelona Fashion within the young talent framework. To create for a contemporary determined woman is the main purpose of amt.. All pieces are designed in Manresa and made sustainably in Catalonia using only European fabric suppliers.

COLLECTION -   Komorebi AW18/19
The collection is inspired by the Japanese word Komorebi.

This word has no literal translation in Spanish, but it refers to light filtered through trees. We have represented this concept by using light fabrics like Tencel or cotton mixed with others like foil to bring light to the looks. The heavier fabrics represent the trees and the obstacles that light must find its way around or through to spread through nature.

Imagine lying in the forest and seeing a majestic work of art in constant movement created by nature. The trees and their waving branches form shadows and chiaroscuro in organic forms that are reflected in the patterning of the collection.

Komorebi is not just a natural phenomenon, it is a sensation.
