The Textile Industry Confederation, Texfor, is the main textile organization, a meeting point for the different companies in the value chain and their suppliers, a space to create synergies and boost cooperation.

Texfor believes in the textile industry and its future. Therefore, it works day by day in order to respond to the evolution of the sector and provide the needed tools for textile companies to be competitive.<

A team of specialists provide specific solutions for the textile sector in the different areas of the company, sustainability, training, internationalization, innovation, legal, tax and labor, among others. Texfor move forward to the needs of the sector through transformative projects that impact the competitiveness of companies.

They represent the textile sector in front of the public administrations, trade unions, business organizations, media and other institutions both nationally and internationally.

Modacc

 

Boosting competitiveness of Catalan Fashion:

The principles that define Modacc are research for knowledge, cooperation and dynamism between companies and individuals from the cluster to improve and anticipate the future.

The Catalan Fashion Cluster (Modacc) is a non-profit organization which includes more than 145 companies which are active in the fashion business in Catalonia.

Modacc promotes competitiveness of the Catalan fashion ecosystem through individual and collective value added initiatives focused on companies from the sector.

The main purpose of the organization is to promote cooperation between companies and professionals, promoting internationalization services and initiatives, networking, training, research, development and innovation, as well as any other competitive improvement oriented initiative. Modacc have commercial presence in USA, Asia, Scandinavia and South America.

The Cluster’s activity in cooperation with other public and private entities is to facilitate the growth of economic activity, employment, transfer between creativity and industry as well as strengthening the Catalonia brand as a leader in the creative design industry and in the European fashion.
