From April 23rd to the 29th, Barcelona is home to Barcelona Bridal Week, an event full of fashion shows and business opportunities around bridal fashion that turns the Catalan city into the centre of the latest trends in eveningwear. It’s an event that shows the long textile tradition in Catalonia, home of worldwide bridal leader companies like Pronovias and Rosa Clará.

Barcelona Bridal Week presents two different aspects. On the one hand, it features a packed program of Fashion Shows from the 23rd to the 27th of April; and, on the other, it presents the Professional Trade Fair, from the 27th to the 29th. This duality allows the Barcelona Bridal Week to be a decision-maker in the bridal fashion industry, boosting both creativity and business, and confirming the leadership of Catalonia in wedding dresses.
Pronovias with its Atelier collection is the brand that, once again, opens Barcelona Bridal Week. Jesús Peiró, Cristina Tamborero and Rosa Clará will present their latest collection on Tuesday 24th. From Wednesday, the runway will host other brands and designers like Yolancris, Cymbelline and Reem Acra, the guest brand of this edition that comes straight from the New York Fashion Week.
Moreover, from the 27th Fira de Barcelona will be home to the Professional Trade Fair with 350 brands of bridal fashion and eveningwear showing and selling their latest collections. Wedding dresses, groom suits, cocktail dresses and accessories will fill the trade area with the latest trends for the upcoming year, confirming Barcelona as the leader of bridal fashion worldwide.
