Desigual in New York Fashion Week
Catalan fashion returns to New York. The New York Fashion Week is taking place from today to the 13th of February, and during this event, the autumn-winter 2014/15 collections designed by international firms will be presented. The two Catalan brands Desigual and Custo Barcelona will be among them.

Desigual will present their collection ‘Why?’, counting on Candice Swanepoel —one of the Victoria’s Secret’s angels— to feature the show. She is one of the international models, like Irina Shayk, Adriana Lima and Bar Rafaeli, who have liven up some of their peculiar shows, in which fashion and spectacle merge.

Custo Barcelona, a classic on the New Yorker catwalk, will return to the city of skyscrapers to offer a show in the Salon venue. The firm led by Custo Dalmau will present the collection that they previewed exclusively at the 080 Barcelona Fashion on January 29th

The New York fashion week will also count on the presence of Pedro del Hierro (flagship of the Cortefiel group), Delpozo designed by Josep Font, and Maria K Fisherman, who will take part in it in the frame of the Made Fashion Week, a side event of the official catwalk.
