The Catalan brand of international reference Custo Barcelona is in charge to close tonight the third day of the 18th edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion. And it will present the collection “Next” for spring-summer 2017, a new step of the evolution of the brand, following its last collection “Reborn” presented last February.
.
In the morning, it’s been the turn for children’s fashion with the opening of the runway by CND by Cóndor and Bóboli. The first one has presented “Summer Songs” inspired by the universe of music and summer festivals. With live music by the band of Ramón Mirabet, the little models have worn comfortable designs, in fabrics like bambulas and voiles of cotton, perfect to dance and move with freedom. The tropical and floral prints go together with monocolor designs in bright colors like green, coral and white, the latter used in most elegant looks.
.

.
For its part, Bóboli has introduced “Sailor Beach”, the collection for spring-summer 2017. With the timeless sailor look as a starting point, it’s a line with character, based on classical hues like soft pink, baby blue and navy, along with others more current like washed denim and casual comfortable pieces that the little one will enjoy wearing.
.
The next one on the runway has been Blame Label with the collection “In Decision”. Designer Pablo Puig presents here versatile designs for men, with a clean and fresh cut, in a color palette of greys and greens and made of cotton, lycra and nylon, wich update street-wear from a contemporary point of view.
.
Afterwards, has been the turn of Samuel Alarcón, with his debut on the official runway of 080 Barcelona Fashion with the collection “Etymology and Me”. Once more, the designer has shown his savoir-faire with tricot and has presented a collection that want to vanish the gender barriers in clothing, often introducing similar looks for her and for him. The color proposal includes black, white, nude, salmon and mustard.
.

.
Rita Row has followed with “Frizz”, a collection inspired by the pop art aesthetics and the absolute materialism. Thus, they have shown designs made of natural fabrics, also with tricot as the main element, in contrast to details in plastic in the comfortable relaxed style of this young Catalan brand.
.
To bring the morning shows to an end, Ssic and Paul has been the next one introducing “Dead Sea”, for spring-summer 2017. Inspired by nature and art, by the Dead Sea and the nostalgia of ancient civilizations, the collection expresses purity and minimalism in a bright color palette. The organic silhouettes and the absence of sewing alongside the layering are the main elements of this collection.
.
In the afternoon, Escorpion has been in charge of opening the runway with “Odalisques”, a nostalgic and mysterious vision of Orient. The collection introduces long skirts and X silhouettes, in fabrics like satin, voile of cotton and viscose. The wide and languid lines define the proposal as well as the soft hues inspired by flowers.
.

.
In a different style, BCN Brand has been the next one on the runway with “Barcelona urban lifestyle”, where the company continues to get inspired by Barcelona; on this occasion, by the urban style of the daily life of the Catalan capital.
.
Punto Blanco
has followed with “Aquawear Collection”, inspired by the hot summer afternoon in Barcelona, with the sunset seen from the seafront. The contrast in prints and bright colors like blue, turquoise, green, yellow, coral and fuchsia call for the good weather and update the proposal of the brand in a new aesthetics for men and women.

Finally, designer Maite Muñoz, alma mater of Lebor Gabala, has presented her proposal for spring-summer 2017 with the evocative name of “Memories of the Java sea”. The collection makes us travel to the exotic lands of Indonesia and adapts the relaxed atmosphere of those faraway landscapes in designs of organic lines and loose silhouettes, true to the casual style of the brand.
