Isabel and Rubén Toledo in the new edition of the 080 Barcelona Fashion

The thirteenth edition of the 080 Barcelona Fashion increases parades and brings Isabel and Rubén Toledo to Barcelona, to the Catalan catwalk. The manager of the Consorci del Comerç, Artesania i Moda (CCAM), Miquel Rodríguez, today presented the main news of the event, from 27 to 31 January, proposals for autumn-winter 2014-2015 from more than thirty firms will be shown on the Born catwalk.


For Rodríguez, 080 Barcelona Fashion is the result of four main lines of action of the Government in the field of fashion: training, production, creation and internationalization, "and another element in the process of re-industrialization and relocation of textile production Catalonia ".


The head of CCAM also wanted to highlight the attractiveness of 080 Barcelona Fashion for corporate sponsors and collaborating firms that "despite the current situation has increased 132% in cash contributions and 48% in non-cash" because according to Rodríguez, "it is an increasingly attractive and consolidated product."


34 catwalk presentations by designers and brands

In this thirteenth edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion we affirm support for emerging designers and consolidated Catalan brands with international projection,  as well as companies within the Agrupació Catalana de Tèxtil i Moda (ACTM).


The following companies, in alphabetical order, will present on the catwalk: Albéniz, Aldomartins, Bóboli, Brain&Beast, Celia Vela, Cóndor, Custo Barcelona, Desigual,  Escorpion, Georgina Vendrell, Josep Abril, Justicia Ruano, Krizia Robustella, Lebor Gabala, Mango, Manuel Bolaño, Manuel Cruzcastillo, Martinez Lierah, Miriam Ponsa, Natalie Capell, Naulover, Selim de Somavilla, Oscarleon, Sita Murt, Ssic and Paul, Slazenger, TCN, Torras, Txell Miras, Punto Blanco, Yerse and Zazo & Brull.


The Cuban designer, Isabel Toledo, will debut on the catwalk in Barcelona. Isabel y Rubén Toledo are also to give a masterclass addressed to design and fashion students.

The thirteenth edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion main sponsor is the Catalan beer brand MORITZ. It also counts on the sponsorship of the SEAT automotive group; the professional hair care product maker REDKEN; SOLAN DE CABRAS water; LAVAZZA coffee; LA ROCA VILLAGE; the cosmetics company SALERM; and sponsorship from MOVISTAR.
