The “Millennial Couture” collection by Ze García has opened this afternoon the 21st edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion runway that takes place at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site from today and until Friday 2nd of February. During this week, the catwalk will be home to 32 fashion shows both of ready to buy spring-summer 2018 collections as well as autumn-winter 2018-19.
The opening fashion show has welcomed 13 of the most well-known influencers and bloggers, who have walked the runway alongside the usual faces of the Catalan catwlak like Rocío Crusset, Mayka Merino, Marina Pérez and Joana Sanz, who has opened the show. The influencers Dulceida (Aída Domènech), Jessica Goicoechea, Marta Lozano, Laura Escanes, Marta Riumbau, Michelle Salas, Inés Arroyo, Patry Jordán, Gigi Vives, Ángela Rozas, Nina Urgell, Carla Hinojosa and Maria Pombo gather more than 9 million follers on their social media channels.

The young designer behind Ze García has dressed them in white –with Jessica Goicochea closing the show as the bride of the collection-, with shiny fabrics, in customized designs made to measure for each of them, as this collection wants to update the haute couture tradition for the millennial public. On the runway, sexy and sophisticated designs made of classical fabrics from the early 20th century as a tribute to the tradition of couture. Organza, crepe, wool and silk dress very feminine silhouettes in dramatic designs that favour the woman’s body.
Tomorrow at 11 a.am. the activity goes on on the 080 Barcelona Fashion runway with Jnorig and the newcomer Mans Concept Menswear.
