The Catalan womenswear brand Naulover has been in charge of closing the fashion shows of this third day of the 080 Barcelona Fashion runway at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site with “Seduction”, its proposal for autumn-winter 2018-19. Dream and fantasy intermix in this collection dyed in purple, red, emerald green, black and pastel hues that present a contradiction between the childhood inocence and the art of seduction.
Earlier the morning, Lola Casademunt has opened the runway with “Hermitage”, her proposal for woman for autumn-winter 2018-19. The Spanish popular TV model Alba Carrillo has opened the show of this opulent and feminine collection where red, blue, ochre and black are the main colors. Velvet, lace, brocades and sequins enrich original designs for a strong and contemporary woman, who uses fashion to express her unique personality.
Afterwards, Punto Blanco has shown on the runway “Save the planet”, a collection intended to pay homage to mother nature with the commitment to take care of it. Water, earth and air are the base of the casual designs for man and woman presented by the intimate apparel and casualwear brand made of organic cotton and recycled fabrics.
The womenswear brand Escorpion Studio Barcelona has closed the morning shows with its ready to buy collection for spring-summer 2018 “#FEEL”. It’s an eclectic proposal with 3 different lines: one inspired in the military look with the safari jacket as the key piece; another more colourful and fun characterized by the mix of geometric patterns; and a last one with flowers as the main print. In the three of them, knit is present, along with crepé and brocades.
In the afternoon, Torras has presented “Metro”, on the 080 Barcelona Fashion runway. It’s a dynamic collection that, for the first time, combines the elegant and urban style of the masculine brand with some activwear details. With an unexpected set with dancers, Torras has shown functional, comfortable and warm pieces where we can see details in leather, their signature style.
The next brand on the Catalan runway has been Wom and Now with “City Effect”, of urban spirit. The woman’s fashion brand has presented very easy to wear designs, of clear commercial vocation, which flatter the woman’s silhouette, like well-fitted dresses and elegant suits. The dark colours like black and navy blue are mixed here with white and purple, with some dashes of ultra violet, Pantone’s color of the year 2018.

Miquel Suay has been the next one on the catwalk with his men’s fashion collection for autumn-winter 2018-19. The Valencia-born designer moves away now from his more futuristic and edgy designs and presents sophisticated looks inspired by the Italian style. The collection combines the baroque tradition of luxurious brocades with the pure abstraction through the combination of primary colours in a collection that remains true to Miquel Suay’s style.
