Miriam Ponsa shows, once again, her skills and techniques in knitwear, learned in Igualada, in her new collection “The salt march”, a manifesto that vindicates the peaceful struggle for Catalan people’s right to decide. To do so, she represents the long march led by Mahatma Gandhi in 1930 that finished off with a symbolic gesture in this peacuful protest to which many later fights have look up.

Miriam Ponsa presents on the 080 Barcelona Fashion catwlak a collection where she reimagines the traditional designs from India with a modern approach through the textures game. The oversize silhouette, grey and the layerings are some other features of Miriam Ponsa style that we also find in this womenswear collection for autumn-winter 2018-19.
