To run an event as the 080 Barcelona Fashion successfully the support of sponsors is key. The 24th edition counts with 8 sponsors and 10 collaborator brands. Regarding the sponsors, Eithad Airways, the national airline of Abu Dhabi, will show its support to fashion and to Barcelona as main sponsor of the 080 Barcelona Fashion in its first edition collaborating with the Catalan runway. On its side, SEAT repeats as the mobility service for Barcelona’s Fashion Week and is also a main sponsor.
Redken is another usual sponsor of the event and once again gives support to fashion as the official hairdresser of the catwalk. The professional hairstyle products brand’s mission is to train and inspire its team of stylists, besides offering innovative products to translate the New York spirit to the hair salons. At the 080 it will do it alongside Raffel Pagès, its hairdresser partner in the backstage. Also here we will find NYX Professional Makeup, another sponsor that from the backstage will strengthen its support to fashion as the official makeup of the 080 Barcelona Fashion.
La Roca Village also keeps its commitment to fashion and emerging talent and repeats as a sponsor another edition. Also Mistinguett is back at the 080 as the official cava boosting an emerging design contest in collaboration with Oscarleon. Thuya Professional Line will be the official manicure for second time in a row in her role as a brand committed to an open, creative and international fashion. With its Deluxe line, it will give the final touch to the beauty looks of the models on the runway with nail polishes of professional finish. Rowenta closes the group of sponsors and, once again, it will take care of the ironing of the designs on the catwalk as well as the beauty looks by Redken with its Hair Care line.
As for the collaborator brands, Lay’s Gourmet takes part in the 080 with a stand in the Open Area to offer the tasting of its gourmet snacks to the attendees. Seagram’s repeat as the official gin and will offer the possibility to taste its gintonics also in this open space in the Gardens of the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site. On its part, EPSON collaborates with a parallel activity: the round table “B-SEARCULAR: A new opportunity for fashion. A great opportunity for the planet”, which focused on sustainable fashion based on designs made of plastic waste found in the sea thanks to EPSON’s SureColor print technology.
Another joint venture between brands and designers is the one by the collaborator brand Light&Free and Brain&Beast, who will design two unisex skirts for the brand. In addition, it will also have a stand in the Village Area. Vitamin Well also collaborates freshing up the backstage with presence in some of the fashion shows. Font Vella takes part, once again, as the official water, apart from presenting its new producte Fronter, sparkling mineral water with lemon and lime juice.
Other collaborators are the Sofia hotel, location for the press conference and the official hotel for this edition’s VIP guests; Atrezzo, with its high quality fashion merchandising products; Crimons, renting of furniture, development and production of short-lived events, which will dress the Marina Vela with its products; Marina Vela, as the location of the 080 Barcelona Fashion Beach and Bexfy, present in the Open Area.
